Halifax Town Center

This subsite of Brighouse Online is all about the town next door, Halifax. It includes Travel information, hotel reviews, school information, maps and even the local weather for the area.

Halifax is situated just 4 miles off the M62 on junction 25. The town is the largest in calderdale is close to the near by town of Huddersfield and city of Bradford. Manchester and Leeds are just 30 minutes and 15 minutes away respectively. The town is well known for being the former headquaters of the Halifax.

The town center is home to over 170 business with many high street shops including, Boots, Superdrug and Matalan. It also includes several traditional shops selling anything from special cheeses to pet supplies.

There are large car parks around the town as well as limited parking spaces avaliable on the main high street.
